Encoding files to MP3 audio

First be sure you've got the programs mentioned here.

Here's a basic list about how you can easy create your own MP3 audio:

  1. Let the CD-audio ripper do it's work, let it save it's output as a 16bit 44kHz Wave file.
  2. Using Explorer, right click the wavefile and choose "Convert to Layer 3 audio...".
  3. The Easy MP3 screen pops up, fill in the output, the bitrate and all other things you'd like.
  4. Press the Encode button (or press ALT + E) to start encoding.
  5. After the encoding choose Delete source in the menu which will pop up, and you're done!

This is a very basic list and you may do it the way you like most of course.
